This 100% acorn-fed Iberian pork bondiola has been cured for six months and marinated by Remedios Sánchez with minced garlic, spices and a minimum of salt. Cutting it into very thin slices enhances its flavour.

Description

100% Iberian acorn-fed chorizo.

Naturally cured in Guijuelo, and in our wood-burning fireplace. It comes from 100% Iberian pigs raised in freedom, in the pasture and fed with acorns.

INGREDIENTS:

100% Iberian acorn-fed pork, salt, hot paprika, sodium caseinate, lactose, flavour enhancer (E-621), antioxidant (E-301) and preservative (E-250).
